How pre-orders work.
Our drops are intentionally limited. Pre-orders are how we make sure you don't miss the piece you want. You reserve your size with a 50% deposit, we produce in small runs, and your final balance is settled before shipping.

We finalise the production run with our partner studios in Ghana and Pakistan.

Receive
Final balance is auto-prompted before shipping. Your piece is on its way.
The terms in detail.
Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the item's full price secures your size and colour.
- Deposits are processed at checkout via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Afterpay.
- Deposits are non-refundable once we begin production. If you cancel before the production run starts, we will refund in full minus a 5% processing fee.
Production timeline
- Estimated production time is 4 to 6 weeks from the close of the pre-order window.
- Estimated delivery is 6 to 8 weeks from the close of the pre-order window, depending on your shipping address.
- Timelines are estimates. We will notify you if any delays are expected.
Final balance
- Once your piece is ready to ship, you will receive an email prompting you to settle the remaining 50%.
- You have 7 days to complete the final payment from the date of the email.
- If the final balance is not settled within 14 days, the order is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.
Sizing
- Pre-order sizing is final. Once you place your deposit, we cannot change your size or colour.
- Refer to our sizing guide before placing your deposit.

Cancellations & changes
- Cancellations before production begins: refund minus 5% processing fee.
- Cancellations after production begins: deposit forfeited.
- Address changes: please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Why pre-orders?
We don't believe in stockpiling clothes that may never sell. Pre-orders let us produce only what's wanted, in the sizes that are wanted, with the makers we choose carefully. It is slower, more honest fashion.
