These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Point of Return website (pointofreturn.com.au) and any goods or services purchased through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us.
Point of Return is an Australian-operated fashion label producing limited-run heritage-led clothing, jewellery and accessories. References to "we", "our" or "us" mean Point of Return.

2. Use of the site.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site or place an order.
- You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
3. Products & pricing.
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Where a pricing error has occurred and an order has been placed, we will contact you with the correct price before processing.
- Product images are representative. Slight variations in colour, fabric or finish may occur due to the nature of small-run production, particularly with traditional African textiles.
4. Orders & payment.
- An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email.
- Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and accepted partners (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order before fulfilment, with a full refund issued for any payment received.
- For pre-orders, separate pre-order terms apply.
5. Shipping & returns.
Shipping rates, delivery times and the returns policy are set out in detail on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property.
- All content on the site, including text, images, designs, logos, and the Point of Return brand mark, is owned by us or used with permission.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- The Adinkra symbols and traditional patterns referenced in our work are part of the cultural heritage of West African peoples. We acknowledge their origins and do not claim exclusive ownership of these traditions.
7. Privacy.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the site is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
9. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
10. Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
